This week marked a special moment for Earthtale: the very first workshops in the Netherlands have officially begun! With great enthusiasm, we have started an inspiring series in which children learn about nature and its ecosystems through play.
During these initial workshops, children aged 5 to 10 engaged creatively with drawing. Through their imagination, they were introduced to various ecosystems and the animals and plants that inhabit them. They discovered all sorts of things about the habitats of the harbor porpoise, the polar bear, and the remarkable Ficus insipida.
The combination of creativity and education sparked a great deal of engagement and curiosity. The initial feedback has been incredibly positive: it was a great success and a promising start for what is yet to come!
From now on, we will continue to organize weekly workshops, giving many more children the opportunity to discover nature in a playful way and develop their creativity.
We very much look forward to continuing our journey!
